"VTOTICE is hereby given that J^l Property-tax under " The Pro-perty-tax Act, 1886," for the commencing on the Ist day of April, 1886, will be payable as follows : — In respect of the duty of thirteensixteenths of a penny, where the amount of such duty shall be under fifteen pounds, the same shall be paid on the fourteenth day ot December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six ; and where such duty amounts to fifteen pounds, or exceeds that sum, the same shall be paid in two equal instalments, the first of such instalments being payable on the said fourteenth day of December, and the second of such instalments on the ei?ht day of February, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven. And notice is hereby further given that the places where the said tax shall be paid shall, be any post office which is also a money order office, and at the office of the Property-tax Commissioner, at the Government Buildings, Wellington. That the Feilding Borough Council proposes to raise a loan under the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act 1886, for the purpose of building part of a bridge over the Oroua River between Feilding Aorangi. (2.) That the said Borough Council proposes to borrow one thousand pounds for such purpose,- as aforesaid. (3.) That a Special Rate of one penny and one halfpenny in the pound on all rateable value of all property within the said Borough will be levied for the re-payment of said loan of one thousand pounds.
