The Bulgarian Crisis
f BBPTKBS TEIiRGBA.MB.I Receded .November 8. 11-5 p.m. Sofia, .November 4Bussian coaspirators in the town of Bourgaa seized the Government office and arrested the officials. They then disarmed the troops and proclaimed a Bussian protectorate orer the district. The Begency on hearing this immediately dispatched a body of troops to the town who restored order. The revolt has now collapsed.
