(PER UNITED FBESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunbdin, October 21. No de cision has been come to yet regarding a prosecution on the charge of poisoning Captain Cain. Wellington, October 21. The Crown solicitors are now engaged working up the necessary evidence regarding the circumstances attending the last illness of the late Captain Cain, at Tiniaru, whose body was exhumed. As soon as sufficient facts are established the further steps intended to be taken by the authorities will be made known.
