The Stark Case and Sir Julius Yogel
[PRE UNITED PBKSS ASSOCIATION.] : Auckland, October 18. At the Stark purchase inquiry. Mr Laishley applied that Sir Julius Yogel should be called to produce any papers in his possession, likewise his bankbook. The chairman said that it would not be possible for the Colonial Treasurer to attend. If it was necessary to obtain evidence from Sir Julius Vogfel the Commission would adjourn to Wellington for that purpose.
