THOSE members of the Cbrp^ wji», by non-attendance at Government^Pareides or otiiermse during the ;: rencuain.aeT of the year 1886, fail to earn Capitation, will be liable to be discharged; and sued for the amount of Capitation ; lost, for which they are liable under the new Regulations. This will ba in addition to any fines imposed under Section 47 of the Defence Act, which does away, with the necessity of sueing for finea, and makes the order of the Commanding Olficer equal to a conviction by tw.o. Justices. Every Volunteer who is prevented by j sickness, or other, urgent reason, . from attending Parades, must -send a written statement of -such reason, satisfactory to the Commanding Officer of the Company. On Saturday afternoons; in finer weather, 15 rounds of ammunition per man will be served out by -Corporal Gosling ' for firing practice which must he conducted! under tbe-super^ision of, a Noncommissioned Officer. ; Only Volunteers who have attended the list Government Parade will be allowed this privilege, unless when reasonable excuse nas" been maae to the Officer Commanding.
