Revolution in Bulgaria

[bBUTBES TBI.EGBAMB.] Sofia* October 6. The garrison at Shumla hare inquired of the Bulgarian Government if they intend to make war against Russia. He is endeavoring to gain popularity by lavishly scattering roubles, and declares that Shumla and other garrisons are siding with Russia. The Austrian Press commends the attitude of the German Press over the Bulgarian question and condemns the action of General Kaulbars. It anticipates an Anglo- Austrian alliance. Lord Churchill's visit to Berlin is believed to relate to the state of affairs in Bulgaria. It is believed that Lord Randolph Churchill is at present in Berlin incognito.
