He further expressed" the belief that the result of the communication between the English and French Governments would be that France would finally withdraw from .the JSew Hebrides. . Hobabt, October 8. The Goyernor, Sir George Graham, will leave shortly for England. It is uncertain whether His Excellency will return to the colony.
