THOSE members of the Corps who, by non-attendance at Government Parades or otherwise during the remainder of the year 1886, : fail to earn Capitation, will be liable to be discbArged and sued for tho amount of Capitafaonlost, for which they are "Ikble under the neWEegulations. This wil£ be in addition to any fines imposed under Section 47 of tho Defence Act, whioh does away with' the necessity of sueing for fines, and makes the order of the Commanding Officer equal to a conviction by two Justices. Every Volunteer who is prevented by sickness, or other urgent reason, from , attending Parades, must send a written statement of such reason, satisfactory to the Commanding Officer of the Company. On Saturday afternoons, in fine -weather, 15 rounds of ammunition per man will be served out by Corporal Gosling for firing practice which must be conducted under the supervision of a Noncommissioned Officer. Only Volunteers who have attended the last Government Parade will be allowed this privilege, unless when reasonable excuse has been miule to the Officer Commanding.
