The Regents in replying to the Russian ultimatum in demanding an adjournment of the elections for the Grand Assembly and release, of prisoners implicated in the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander, have expressed their willingness to complyso far as Bulgarian laws wiU permit. General Kaulbars is not satisfied with this and insists on a more precise answer.
