Revolution in Bulgaria

Sofia, September 29. General Haulbars, the Russia""*diplomatic agent in this city, has urged tbe people of Bulgaria to put confidence in tbe Czar, and haa de* nounced the Regency. Received October 2, 2 a.m. Buda Pesth, October 1. M. Tisza, President of the Council of Ministers, has further announced that Austria desires that the nations of the Balkan Peninsula, which possess self government, shall adhere strictly to the Treaty of Berlin, and that the lAustro-German Alliance was still intact.
