THOSE members of the Corps^ who, bynon-attendauce.it Goverameufr Parades or otherwise durmg the remainder of the year 1886, fail to earn Capitation, wilTbe liable to be discharged and sued for the amount of Capitation lost, for which they are liable tinder the new Be* gulations. This will be in addition to any fines imposed under Section of tho Defence Aot, which does away with tho necessity of sueing for fines, and makes the order of the Commanding Officer equal to a conviction by two Justices.
