Feilding School Committee

A meeting of the above committee was held on Tuesday evening last. Present — Messrs Watts (chairman), Worsfold, Rutherford, Cottrell, and Lankshear. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. CORRESPONDEK CE. The Head Teacher's usual monthly report wag read showing: — Average roll — Boys, 143; girls, 137; total, 280. Average attendance— Boys, 106 ; girls, 105; total, 211. From the Town Clerk re use of the school bell. Resolved, That the Committee are willing to allow the use of the bell. The Council to find appliance for ring- [ ing it. Accounts amounting ta £5 3s bd, were passed for payment, and the meeting adjourned.
