THOSE members of the Corps who, by non-attendance ,at Government Parades or otherwise during tne remainder of tiie year 1886, fail to earn Capitation, will be liable to be discharged and sued for the amount' of Capitation lost, for which they are liable under the new Regulations. This will be in addition to any fines imposed under Seotion 47 of the Defence Act,- which does> away with the necessity of sueing for fines, and ; makea the order of the Commanding Officer equal to a conviction by two Justices.
