THOSE members of the Corps who, by nou-attendaueo at Government Parades or otherwise during tlie remainder of the year 18SG, fail to earn Capitation, will be Liable to bo discharged and sued for the amount of Capitation lost, for which they are liable uutlor the new Regulations. This will be in addition to any fines imposed under Section 47 of the Defence Act, which does away with the necessity of sueing for fives, and makes the order of the Commanding Officer equal to a conviction by two Justices. Every Volunteer who is prevented by sickness, or other urgent reason, from attending Parades, must send a written statement of such reason, satisfactory to the Commanding Officer of the Company. Oa Saturday afternoons, in fine -weather, 15 rounds of ammunition per man will be served out by Corporal Gosling for firing practice which must be conducted under the supervision of a Noncommissioned Officer. Only Volunteers who have attended the last Government Parade will be allowed this privilege, unless when reasonable excuse has been made to the Officer Commanding.
