THOSE members of the Corps who, by non-attendance at Government Parades or otherwise during the remainder of the year 1886, fail to earn Capitation, will be liable to be discharged and sued for the amount of Capitation lost, for which they are liable under the new Eegulations. This will be in addition to any fines imposed under Section 47 of the Defence Act, which does away with the necessity of sueing for fines, and makes the order of the Commanding Officer, equal to a conviction by two Justices.
