■ rA'- : shocking fatality at Hamilton in Central Otago yesterday . resulting in the death of Messrs Thomas and . John^ Ogilyie They were starling- on a journey m a spring cart, -when the horse bolted. Newton wa% thrown oat at once falling on his head and breaking his neck, death being instantaneous. Ogilvie stuck to the cart for some time, but he was jerked out, and when examined itl was" found that line bones of his chest were fractured, and some of the blood vessels ruptured. He died in a few minutes. 'Newton had ouly been married five weeks. -
