Wellington. May 27. CIVIL SERVICE REFORM.
The Hon. Mr Stout gave notice of the introduction of tho Civil Service Reform Bill. He said if the Bill were passed it would effect reductions in the Civil Service of the Colony to the extent of £30,000 or £40,000.
