WEMiKOToir, This Day. At a meeting of representatives of all the Friendly Societies it was decided to establish a New Zealand Friendly Societies Mutual Gurantee Association. Rules and regulations were adopted, and will be sent to all the Societies in the colony for their approval. The Association will start operations if 50 lodges join, and if possible, begin to take risks in July next.
