Delyannis, in his speech to the deputation that waited upon him, announced that unless the claims of Greece were satisfied his Government were prepared to go to war to enforce them. Delyannis to the ultimatum, he states that Greece cannot yield to the dictatum, but will agree to disarm upon receiving a promise to consider her chums.
