[eECTEBS TEIiKGBAMS. 1 London, March 29. Consols have declined to £100 7/s. New Zealand securities are unaltered. Bank rate, 2 per cent. ; market rate, If per cent. Colonial bread stuffs and tallow are at last quotations. Scotch pig iron f.o.b. in tho Clyde has advanced to 42/- per ton.
