OVER TWO HUNDRED PEOPLE KILLED OR WOUNDED. [beitteb'b telegrams. l London, March 29. The riots in Belgium have now attained a rerj serious phase. The rioters hare wrecked tiie leading glass work* throughout Belgium, and the serricas of the military were called iato requisition in the rarious towns, with the result that orer 200 people hare been killed or wounded. Brussels, March 30. The industrial strikes are decreasing. The noting is quietening dovru through • out the country. Receired April 1, 1.45 a.m. Bbdsskls, March 31. Rioting in the Charleroi district has now subsided, and an orderly feeling is bring restored araoig the workmen.
