BEUTEE's TELEGBAMB.I Received March 30, o*so a.m. Sydney, March 29. A warrant was issued to-day at the instance of the private creditors for the apprehen sion of Mr Holt. Melboubne, March 29. This morning the Argus, in an article on the Pacific question, states that the Governments of all the Australian colonies condemn the proposals put forward by Lord Granville for a compromise on the subject. The writer adds that the Victorian Government in particular are using every effort to prevent French annexation of the £few Hebrides. Sydney, March 29. A pastoral letter, emanating from the Plenary Council, dealing with the questions of mixed marriages and secular educations, was read yesterday at all the Koman Catholic Churches in the Sydney diocese.
