RULES AND REGULATIONS. No Entry- will be received for any Eaices except upon this condition, — That all' Disputes, Claims, and Objection arising out of the racing shall be decided by;a majority of the Stewards present, or thqse whom they may appoint. . Tkejr. decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. — . All entries to be Sealed and addressed to 'the Secretary. Any jockey riding except in tHe cob-urs entered will be fine 3 soys. . When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be worn. 'All persons . intending to withdraw "horses, are required to .give Notice to ■that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half- hour l)efore starting. Ariy person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay. a fine of s' sovs; to the. Race Fund. All races to be run under the W. J. C Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the. Stakes. No horse to save its stakes in any race except where otherwise specified. All entries and nominations toust be in the hands of the Secretary at the time and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post marks will not be received unde.r any pretence whatever, and nomi« nations unpaid at the time of due date ot weights will be struck off the list.
