(PEB UNITED PBEBS ASSOCIATION.) Dummy, March 23. To-day being Anniversary Day it was observed as a general holiday, and the sports, excursions, and races were well patronised. The following are the results of the races:—
Hurdle Race.— Garbaldi 1, Mayboy 2, Peter Flat 3.
Anniversary Handicap. — Indolence 1, Bubezahl 2, Tairoa 3.
Selling Race.— Land Leaguer 1. Nelson, March 21. Nelson races: — Handicap Hurdles — Erebus 1, Orient 2, Sailor Boy 3. Maiden — Blarney 1. Cup — Redwood's Alpine Rose 1, Silence 2, Reputation 3. District Handicap — Puritan 1. Eailway Plato— Bevoke 1.
