[bEUTBBS* TELBGBAMB.I London, March 23. Permission has been given by the Court to stay the execution of the verdict for the plaintiff in the libel case " Bryee v. Rusden," pending the result of the application of defendant for a new trial. The judges stated, however, that any new trial would be strictly limited to the question whether the damages awarded were excessive or not.
