LONDON MARKETS. [keutebs telegrams. l London, March 21. The wheat market is quiet, and quotations are unchanged. The weather is milder, but stocks are decreasing, owing to delayed arrivals, but aot of colonial cargoes. For wool sales, 280,000 bales are arailable. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,860.000 quarters. New Zealand frozen mutton is worth s|d to 6d per lb.
