Licensing Committees
The Committee for the Manchester District met at Ashurst at 3 p.m. yesterday. Present — Messrs E. K. Eeid, A. Brown. Wm. Cummins, F. Whibley. Mr Eeid was elected chairman. This was all the business. A meeting of the Kiwitea Committee was held this morning. Present — M essrs G. Death, J. Bruce, J . Law, and Hedges. Mr G. Death was elected chairman. This was all the business. The Oroua Committee will meet at the Eechabites Hall in Sanson, on Tuesday next at noon.
