FORMATION OF A MINISTRY. [bEUTEBS* TELKGBAMB.I Sydney, February 23. The Legislative Assemby met to-day but as Sir Patrick Jennings had not completed the task of forming a new Ministry the House adjourned until to-morrow. February 24. Sir Patrick Jennings has at length succeeded in forming a Ministry. The following gentlemant are included — Sir Patrick Jennings, Sir John Roberston, Messrs Burns, Lyne, Hant, Dibbs, Copeland, Garrard, Simpson, and Wisdom ; but the allotment of the various portfolios has not yet been definitely settled.
