The winner of any handicap to the value of 100 soys after the declaration of weights to carry 71 bs extra. To start at 1.30 p.m. 5; HACK RACE. 10 soys ; once round the, course ; 9st up. Iso Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — That nil Disputes, Claims, and Objection arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply, with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5-suw. to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W. J. C. Rules. : Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes in any race except where otherwise specified. All entries and nominations must be in tie hands of the Secretary at the time and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post marks will not be received under any pretence whatever, and nonii* nations unpaid at the time of due dateot weights will be struck off the list.
