To start at 11.30 a.m. & HACK HURDLE EACE, 10 sovs; second horse 2 soys from the racing funds; distance, 1 mile and a distance ; over five 'flights of hurdles. For horses that have - never won public money or been nominated for an advertised race 6,months prior to date of entry, Hunter's and Hack races excepted. Weights not less than lOst. Post entry. Entrance £1. To start at 12 noon. 3. MAIDEN PLATE, 25 soys ; distance, 1 mile and a half. Entrance £1. Weight for age. Open to all horses that - have never won an advertised race of the value of 25 soys prior to date of entry. Any horse entered for the Maiden Plate -winning an advertised race between the time of entry and date of race to carry a penalty of slbs. To start at 12" 45 p.m. 4. No Eotry will be received for any Races except upon this condition, — That all Disputes, Claims, and. Objection arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or ;those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out .of this Programme shall jbe final. . ■ I All entries to be Sealed and addressed to ?the Secretary. Feilding; Entrance Money enclosed with Name, Age at the ' time of Entry, Pedigree, and in the case of Handicaps, performances of the Horse, 1 Name of the owner, and Colours of the Rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fine 3 soys. -When two or more horses start fthe property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Colour must be'worn. All persons intending to withdraw '' hi^rees, 'are required to give Notice 1 to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half- hour before starting. .Any ! person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 sov.n. to the Race Fund. AH -races to be run under the W. J. 0. Rules. Horses walking, over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to its stakes in any race ' except where otherwise specified. All entries and nominations mast be in the hands of the Secretory at the time and place as advertised, accompanied 'by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post marks will not be received under any pretence whatever, and nomU nations unpaid at the time of due date ot weights will be si ruck off the list.
