This emotional drama has never yet failed to attract good audiences here, and we are certain that with the first class actors now about to appear the house will be crammed to the doors. The after-piece, "Barney's Luck," is said to be intensely amusing. Last night's Palmerston Times says— "The second performance of the above company wa§ far better patronised, than that one the previous evening. Tom Taylor's popular drama "The Ticket-of-leave •Man" being presented. No greater contrast could be shown on the stage than ■that t>f the two pieces already performed ■by'this company, and it speaks well for their abilities when we say that if possible, last night's entertainment was •better than, the first .nighty There was no feting V, it was almost reality; and the appreciation of the audience.^as enthusiastically shown. In every detail the rendition was perfect, and "thjfc company is ' to: be congratulated upon the genuine dramatic success they have attained."
