The Manchester Block is the centre of the Manawatu Timber Industry, threefourths of the Saw Mills in that County being situated on the Block. The purchaser enn also hare the privilege of paying off at any time the whole or part of the purchase money, such, part to be not less than £50, with a proportionate reduction in interest.
