At the adjourned inquest to-day on the bdily of the Burnham ichaoloby, Jeha Hazelhumt, who wan boarded; out with Mr and Mrs Green, of Woodend, farther medical eridenee entirely eiocerafted the Greens from the imputation! of iiH-aßage. Dr Orenden had formerly stated his opimon that the boy had died from the effects of blows, and that his body was coTered with bruises. A farther examination of the bodr was made by Drs Guthrie and Symec, appointed by the GoTernment, and they concluded that the dtsclouration «f the body, was due to the effusion of blood under the skin, an after result of sans stroke, which Mrs Green said the boy had. r The skin itself was found te be not at all injured. The boy had suffered from hereditary syphilis, and this, in conjunction with sunstroke, were in the ! doctor's opinion snfficient to acaoont for I the itranite appearance of the body, but they consider the case to be startling and uneque. Dr Orenden said that after consideration he^ saw reason to ohange. his prerinuK opinioii, and-he now thought that the discolouration was not likely the result oE braises,' Verdict, died of sunr stooko,; : ';>/-. .;-'-;■ ■'-:■■■ ■• . ■
