PEB UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION (JnuincHTTBCH, December 16. An extraordinary discovery was made at Taylor's Mistake, near Sumner, today. AMe Godfrey was walking on the ' beach, when he picked up a dead man's hand with sqme inches of the arm attached. It was the left hand, and was not at all decomposed/and appeared to have been snapped' or broken of from the body. The reho Bias been taken possession of by the police, who are making -inquiries, but are not in possession of any farther information at present.
