London, December 13. I Sir Charles Dilke, speaking at Chelsea, intimated that the Badicals weald support the Conservative schemes if tkey were for the good government of the country. Another meeting of the creditors in the , I estate of Messrs Simeg and Co., woolbrokers, was held to-day, but adjourned, pending the result of parleying which is proceeding with their West Australian house. There seems to be no prospect of an alliance between the moderate Liberals and the Government. It is unlikel/ that the Liberals will attempt the early expulsion of the Ministry. It is believed in high quarters that the Conservatives have refused to accede to the demands of Mr Parnell. The wheat market is quiet, and quotations are unchanged* Two off-coast cargoes have been sold at 36s and 36s Sd respectively. Received December 15. Capetown, December 14. It is expected the necessary repairs to the propeller of the Kaikoura will be completed and the ressel enabled to proceed on her voyage to-day.
