Received December 8, 12-30 p.m: Sydney, This Day. The steamer, Governor Blackall, with the remains of General Scratchley is expejted to arrive here to-morrow when she will proceed to Melbourne. Arrived — Botomahana from New Zealand. Mblbottbne, This Day. The Victorian Parliament will probably be prorogued on the 16th inst. It is considered likely that either the new electoral bills or the reciprocity treaty with Tasmania will be dealt with this session.
