It is. announced that Prince, Alexander, of Bulgaria, ias definitely rejected the proposals of Servia for the mutual evacuation of territory and the extension of the axmisfice, -until the Ist January. Sofia, December 3. A huge public meeting was held yesterday, at Philipopolis, when a resolution was adopted, emphatically re-affirming the union of Bulgaria and Boumelia.
