[beotbbs tblkobams. I London, December 3. The latest returns for the general election give 234 Liberals, 196 Conservatives, and 46 followers of Mr Parnell. The latter party secured the whole of the Dublin seats. . The County elections are still proceeding, and the total returns; so far, give the Liberals as 46 a-head. The Liberals are gaining many ol the constituencies for which Conservative Conservative members were returned at last election. The balance of parties in the Home counties remains unchanged.
