ACCEPTANCES FOE THE ISLAND BAY RACES.
The following are the acceptance for the Te Aro Handicap, to be run at Island Bay, on the 30th November : « — Administrator, Pasha, Nelson, Speculation, Salvage, Clog, The Poet, Norznanby, Fayj and The Marquis. The following nominations were received for the same meeting : — Hurdles. — Macaroni, The Druid, Director, Claude, and Erebus. Flying Handicap (f miles)'.—Norjnanby, Revoke, Dynamite, Minerva, Salvage, Capsize, Pasha, Rumour, *nd Marion. Grand Stand Handicap (1 mile).— Speculation, Normanby, Administrator, Nelson, Revoke, The Margin , The Poet, Erebus, Fay, Clogs, Capsize, Pasha, Rumour, Marion, Ugly Buck, ■ and Grand Duke. '...'■■..■-. There are. 12 nominations for the local flats Handicap, 5 in the local Hurdles, and 5 in the Selling plate.
