The Burmah Difficulty
[bbutkbs tklkgrams.} Calcutta, November 14. A British proclamation has been issued, formally announcing the de position of King Theebaw from the throne of Burmah. Major-General Prendergast, with the troops under his command, has arrived at Scharfetmyo, and an attack on the Burmese position at Minhla is imminent.
