St. Leon's Circus
j The circus on Saturday night was well attended, the second seats being full to overflowing, while the firsl were tolerably well oocupied. The show was in every respect a good one. The clowns deserving special notice, as they aro really the best we have yet seen in Feilding. Tho trapeze performances were very good, and did not tire the audience by a useless repetition of their feats. The horsemanship of Mr St. Leon was worthy 1 of the frequent marks of approval it • recorded, while that of the lady ridei was exceptionally good. At the close of the performance it was announced that Mr St. Leon would return with his show in about twelve or eighteen months. Tho menagarie was weil worth a visit, but owing to the crowd of persons around the cages our reporter was unable to make such an examination as would enable him to fully expatiate on the merits and peculiarities of the numerous strange aud savage animals exhibited.
