It is ramomred that owing to the heavy drain caused by the despatch of troops fvr Servia in Egypt and to Tndia, it has been decided by the War Office to augt ment the British Army by ten iiatallians. Mr C 8. Parnell when addreiiing a public meeting at Liverpool last night, made an appeal to Mr Gladstoue to «übmit to election some scheme of Governi ment for Ireland which should be combined with the maintenance of the unity of the Empire.
