Heappy to be Secretary and Treasurer. \ Ecsolved, That all other matters be left in the hands of the Committee who will meet to-night (Thursday), to arrange a programme. ' The committee will canvass for subscriptions. " ; This "was all the business, and a vote of thanks to the Chairman terminated the proceedings. '
