Premier delivered addresses?.,. The Governor, -who was accompanied by Captrin Barker, of the United States corvette Enterprise,' Major Eccles, A.D.IC, and Mr Pennefather,' Private Secretary, arrived at the Exhibition at 8 o'clock. About 2,000 persons present. After the festive chorus had been! sung the Exhibition closed.
