Received October 29, 1.15 a.m. SfDHKY, October 28. Mr Lyne has been appointed Minister of Public Works. The strike of the Lamliton miners is yet unsettled. There appears to be a strong disposition on the part of the whole of the miners in New Castle to join in strike. Adrlaidk, October 28. The Orient Company's Liguria arrived this afternoon with the London mails to September.
