Revolt in Roumelia
[bBUTEBS 1 TELKOBAMB.I Constantinople, October 27. The representatives of Great Britain and France yesterday notified the Sultan that their respective Governments agreed to take part in the projected conference on the Bulgarian question. The Turkish delegates have not, however, yet been appointed, and the conference in consequence has been postponed until next week. London, October 27. The attitude of Greece in connection with the Bonmelian difficulty if now less warlike.
