NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between us, the undersigned Frank Yates Lethbridge & Daniel Downes, lately carrying on business as sheep and cattle farmers, at Feilding, in the Provincial District of Wellington, was dissolved by mutual consent as on and from the 25th day of September last. The said partnership business has been since the date of the said dissolution been, and will in future be, carried on by the said Frank Yates Lethbridge alone, who will pay and discharge all the debts, liabilities, and engagements, aud is authorised to receive all the book debts, assets, and property of the said late firm.
