King Milan, of Servia, has refused to receive a messenger who was the bearer of an autograph letter from Prince Alezander, of Bulgaria, proposing an entente between the two States. < : London, Octobjer-21. It is announced that the British Government have warned Greece, and Servia of the consequences arising from their present aggressive policy. It is reported that Bulgaria is willing to cede Widdin.to Servia. . v. Mr W. E. Gladstone deprecatea.the intrigues of Servia and Greece in connection with the present Sbumelian complications. . . ~ :"'-' Received October 21, 1 ».m. London, October 21. The Government have .received jg reply to the note despatched by^ Great Britain to Greece, warning her of 4he consequences of her action. In the reply the Greek Government' state although anxious to maintain peace, they feel it necessary to protect their own interests. ; - :
