Greece has informed the Power* that if the Bulgarians are allowed to enlarge their principality, they, teo, will seize additional territory. His Holiness the Pope has agreed to mediate in the matter. Constantinople, September 28. In view «>f the serious position of •f affairs in Roumelia it has been decided to hold a conference of Ambassadors of the various Powers accredited to the Porte, who are expected to meet at an early date in that city.
