The Mayoralty
Thk burgesses will be glad to learn that no necessity exists for the election of a Mayor to sit for the period yet to elapse before the ordinary annual election, which will take place in November. For the reasons, We refer our readers to our report of the proceedings of the Borough Council at ite last meeting, and to Mr Samuel Goodbeheb's very interesting letters on the subject.
